At the Hoppin’ N’ Trottin’ 4-H club, we strongly believe in empowering our youth members to take on leadership roles and responsibilities. The Hoppin’ N’ Trottin’ Youth Leadership Team (YLT) is comprised of a group of young individuals who are passionate about making a difference in their club and community.
The YLT is responsible for planning and running the club’s activities, events, and community service projects. Members of the YLT work closely with the club’s advisors to develop plans that align with the club’s goals and values. They are also involved in decision-making processes and have the opportunity to share their ideas and perspectives.
Being part of the YLT is a great way for our members to develop their leadership skills, build their confidence, and gain valuable experience in organizing and managing events. By taking on these roles, our youth members learn important skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, which are essential for their personal and professional growth.
We are proud of our YLT members and the contributions they make to our club. They are shining examples of our club’s commitment to youth empowerment and leadership development. If you are interested in joining the YLT or learning more about it, please reach out to us.
